The house is located in a popular district of Munich, 2.7km south of the city center. The district is called Unter -Giesing.
From the flat it is only 250 meters to the underground station Kolumbusplatz. From there the lines U1, U2 and U7 leave every 5 minutes. Munich Central Station and Marienplatz are only 3 stations away.
The rooms are all fully furnished (kitchen, cooking utensils, bed, bed linen, towels, wardrobe, chest of drawers, table and chairs) and some have a balcony.
