room with double bed present inside an apartment renovated a few years ago , in the historic center : two minutes from the national museum and four minutes from dante.

The building is historic and elegant , with an elevator and the room is present on the second floor of the building.
The room has private kitchen in the room and small private terrace , as well as having a double bed and a small sofa (the bathroom instead is shared only with another room next door and present in the corridor)

There is heating system with radiators and fast wifi

The ADMINISTRATION FEE required in the ad is different from the “tenant protection fee” required by HousingAnywhere. The administration fee must be paid at check-in in CASH.
the last month of your stay and must be paid in CASH at check-in.
If these payments are not made at check-in in the manner stated above, keys will not be given.

camera con letto matrimoniale presente all'interno di un appartamento ristrutturato pochi anni fa , in pieno centro storico : a due minuti dal museo nazionale e a quattro minuti da dante.

L'edificio è storico e signorile, dotato di ascensore e la camera è presente al primo piano dell'edificio.
La camera ha cucina privata in camera e piccolo terrazzino privato , oltre ad avere un letto matrimoniale ed un divanetto (il bagno invece è condiviso soltanto con un'altra camera accanto e presente in corridoio)
