The landlord accepts and payment is made

Apartment description

Zentral gelegenes Apartment, ca. 40 qm, mit zwei lichtdurchfluteten Räumen und einem Luxusbad. Es handelt sich um ein Nichtraucher-Apartment. Die Belegung ist auf 2 Personen beschränkt.
Im offenen Wohnbereich ist die exklusive Bulthaup-Küche mit Induktionskochfeld, Kühl-Gefrierkombination, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle etc. zu finden.
Erholsamen Schlaf bietet das großzügige Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett (160x200). Von diesem gelangen Sie in das Badezimmer mit einer großen, begehbaren Wohlfühl-Dusche. Im daran anschließender Wäscheraum befindet sich Ihre eigene Waschmaschine. Im Keller des 3-stöckigen Hauses ist eigens ein Trockenraum für die Wäsche.
Das Apartment verfügt über einen eigenen separaten Zugang.
Eigener Parkplatz direkt vor dem Apartment. Das Apartment wird zunächst für 2 Monate angeboten, kann aber bei Bedarf verlängert werden.

Lage: Direkt im Zentrum von Neuss-Holzheim, Bushaltestelle, Bank, Apotheke, Post und Bäckerei befinden sich unmittelbar vor dem Haus. Supermärkte und alle Geschäfte des täglichen Lebens sind in einem Radius von 300m zu erreichen. Restaurants liegen unweit entfernt. Der Bahnhof liegt nur 400m entfernt und verbindet alle Destinationen wie Düsseldorf, Köln, Dormagen, Leverkusen. Der Flughafen Düsseldorf ist mit der S11 zu erreichen.
Fußläufig entfernt ist die Bushaltestelle. Von dort aus können Sie alle Ziele in Neuss und Umgebung erreichen.
