The Apt is on 7th ave in Park Slope one block from the F and G train, 2 blocks from Prospect Park, 1000 Sqf, 2 bedrooms, large living room and extra office room, laundry and drier in the apt, $4300 per month all utilities included ( wifi, electricity, gas, AC, tv with netflix, disney plus, HBO, Paramount etc..). Take care of the plants please ;)
