It is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood where you can find everything around in a walking distance: supermarkets, bakeries, kiosks, restaurants, traditional taverns, pharmacies, etc. Down town is only 2.5 Kms away, 5 minutes by car or bus and 20 minutes walking. The bus station is just one minute walk (50meters) from the house.
The house is very near to major universities: University of Nicosia, European University and Medicine School, UN head(hidden).
