I am subletting my beautiful 2.5 room apartment for the period from August to the end of October 2026, as I will be abroad during this time.
The apartment is fully furnished and lovingly decorated. It also has an underground parking space, which can also be rented for €100.00 if needed.
If required, the apartment can also be rented from mid-August or only for two months.
Instead of a security deposit, a rental deposit guarantee is also possible.
Furthermore, the apartment has a very nice terrace with 2 raised beds and terrace furniture, which can, of course, be used.🪴
Dishwasher and washing machine/dryer are available, as well as an ironing board, iron, and vacuum cleaner.
The apartment also features underfloor heating.
