Die Wohnung liegt in der August-Schärttner-Straße 17 in einer ruhigen und grünen Umgebung. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich praktisch direkt vor der Tür, die Hanauer Innenstadt ist schnell erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafés, Restaurants und alles für den täglichen Bedarf befinden sich in der Nähe. Auch die Kinzig und Grünflächen laden zum Joggen, Spazieren oder Entspannen ein. Gute Anbindung Richtung Frankfurt – perfekt für Studierende und junge Berufstätige!

Monatlich sind 50€ für eine externe Reinigungskraft fällig, um die allgemeinen Flächen wie Bad, Flur und Küche in unregelmäßigen Abständen zu reinigen. Ein Anspruch auf regelmäßige Reinigung und einen Reinigungsqualitätsstandard kann nicht verlangt werden. Die persönlichen Räume werden vor Mietbeginn gereinigt und mit der Reinigungspauschale von der Kaution verrechnet.

Auf Wunsch kann gegen einen Aufpreis von 150 Euro ein Set bestehend aus Bettwäsche, Bettzeug und Handtüchern bereit gestellt werden, welche in den Besitz des Mieters übergehen.

A monthly fee of €50 is charged for an outside cleaning service to clean common areas such as the bathroom, hallway, and kitchen at irregular intervals. Tenants are not entitled to regular cleaning or a specific standard of cleaning quality. Private rooms are cleaned before the lease begins, and the cost of this cleaning is deducted from the security deposit.
