It is equipped with high-quality oak parquet flooring, easy-care stone flooring and underfloor heating. The modern kitchen has an oven, a large induction hob, a fridge and a freezer and of course a dishwasher.
The bathroom has both a shower and a bath tub. The apartment has a balcony, which is partly covered and has an electrically operated awning. Everything is available: electrical appliances, crockery, cutlery etc.

If desired, a cleaning lady and linen can be provided.
Good traffic connections by busses, parking lots are available.
Quiet residential area
In the immediate vicinity you will also find various shops for everyday shopping, including an organic supermarket. Doctors and pharmacy, as well as banks are not missing. Cafés and restaurants also invite you to stay. In the surrounding area you can jog, ride a bike, walk and swim, because the Nettebad is only 5 minutes walking distance away.
