About the apartment:
The 20 square meter apartment „Green Paula“ is on the third floor of an apartment building that was built in 1959 and extensively renovated in 2022 .
A modern and fully equipped kitchen with a nice counter and designer chairs, a comfortable single bed (120 cm) with adjoining shelving and seating, a desk and a wardrobe are among the central features of the apartment, as is the beautiful wardrobe in the entrance area.
The modern kitchen in slate gray forms a harmonious contrast to the sand-colored linen curtains, the linen and wool carpets and the warm light.
The living area and hallway are designed with a beautiful vinyl floor in a wood look, the bathroom with a high-quality porcelain stoneware covering with a natural stone look. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub. The room is supplied with daylight through the window.
About the kitchen:
The slate gray kitchen is one of the highlights of the apartment. It is equipped with an oven, a stove (2 fields) with extractor hood, a refrigerator and a dishwasher. A kettle, a toaster and a coffee pad machine are also part of the kitchen equipment, as are pots, pans, cutlery, crockery and numerous other kitchen utensils.
About the sleeping area:
The sleeping and working areas were custom-made to make the best use of the floor plan. The bed has a width of 120 cm. The slatted frame is manually height-adjustable at the head and foot end. A high-quality 7-zone cold foam mattress (H2/H3) and beautiful linen bed linen ensure a comfortable night's sleep. There are two drawers on wheels under the bed, which our guests use as storage space. Next to the bed there is a furniture solution that, in addition to a shelf, also offers a storage box and a seat cupboard. The work area is beside of the bed as well.
TV, Streaming, Internet & Sound:
A 43" LCD TV from Metz, which can be moved to the desired perspective using an adjustable wall bracket, ensures smart TV enjoyment. Netflix & Co. can also be enjoyed here with a personal account.
The high-speed Internet not only ensures worry-free streaming pleasure, but also enables digital work with the corresponding transmission speed. According to the provider, the maximum speed is 100 Mbit/s download and 40 Mbit/s upload. The normally available speed is specified by the provider as 83.8 Mbit/s download and 33.4 Mbit/s upload.
A small Bluetooth speaker is available for enjoying your favorite music.
Laundry:
