Welcome to my tastefully decorated apartment, ideally situated near top attractions in Woodstock, Oxfordshire! This charming one-bedroom apartment caters to families or friends, offering all the essentials for a delightful stay. Conveniently located near various attractions, restaurants, and shops, with the Marlborough Arms bus stop just a minute away, guests can easily explore the surroundings.

The Space:
The apartment features an open-plan layout with a fully equipped kitchen containing essential cookware, including a stovetop, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The kitchen seamlessly integrates with the living room, which includes a comfortable couch bed for additional sleeping space. A private terrace adorned with cozy chairs and a table provides a perfect spot for enjoying morning coffee or a glass of wine under the stars.

For your convenience, the apartment is equipped with a washer, dryer, and ironing facilities.

The bedroom boasts a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The bathroom comes complete with amenities, including a hair dryer, fresh towels, and complimentary toiletries.

The entire apartment undergoes professional cleaning for a consistently comfortable stay.

Other things to note:
This property operates on a self-check-in system, requiring identity verification before check-in. You may check in any time during the day, respecting the standard check-in time of 3 PM.

A £50 fee is applicable for each set of lost keys (additional charges for security keys). Lock replacement costs may apply for security purposes, so please safeguard your keys.

Strictly no smoking on the property, with a zero-tolerance policy. Evidence of breach (e.g., smoke smell, ashes) may result in a minimum £300 smoking fee.

Parties, large gatherings, loud noises, and outside guests are not allowed. Violations may lead to cancellation without a refund, with potential involvement of a security team for eviction. Associated costs will be deducted from the security deposit, and local authorities may be notified if necessary.

Parking:
Pay-and-display parking is available in central Woodstock. Alternatively, free parking is accessible, such as opposite the main entrance of Blenheim Palace on Oxford Road, a 7-minute walk away. A car park is also directly outside the property on High Street.
