The landlord accepts and payment is made
When the landlord accepts your request, the first month's rent and the management fees will be charged automatically, and the booking will then be confirmed. You will then receive the exact address and the landlord's contact details to organise your move.
Your money is protected
HousingAnywhere holds your payment and only releases it to the landlord 48 hours after you move in. If the place doesn't match the listing, report it within those 48 hours and get your money back

The ground floor apartment consists of five rooms, a fully equipped kitchen and four bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms have private bathrooms, ensuring greater comfort, privacy and independence for the occupants. ✔pay the administration fee
✔provide all of your documents for the registration of the contract

If you don't provide the required information within one week of booking, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive the rental contract. To finalize your reservation, you must:

✔ Pay 1 months’ deposit within 48 hours of receiving the contract
✔ Pay the administration fee within 48 hours of receiving the contract
✔ Submit all required documents for the contract registration

⚠️ If you do not provide the required payments and documents within 7 days of booking, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.
