Room description

The apartment has just been renovated and consists of 6 comfortable Single Rooms, 2 Bathrooms with Shower, and a very large fully equipped Kitchen. The furnishings are in a Modern Minimal style, and every room is studied in detail.

The building is located in the heart of Padua, 1 minute walk from the station, and 10 minutes’ walk from the main Squares.

The apartment is in a very convenient area, perfect for reaching in 10-15 minutes on foot all the University Faculties of the Portello area (Economics, Engineering, Psychology, etc.), of Via Marzolo (Physics, Chemistry, etc.), and of Via Beato Pellegrino (Languages, Letters, etc.).

The area is also very lively and perfect for student life: a few steps from the apartment, there are the wonderful Giardini dell’Arena, a large park filled with many kiosks where young people go for a drink or have a walk with friends in total relaxation.

Even essential services are close at hand: the PAM and the Despar supermarkets are a 5-minute walk from the apartment, and in Corso del Popolo, you will find several bars, tobacconists, pharmacies, banks, and all kinds of shops. The area is also very convenient for getting around by public transport: several buses and even the tram run through Corso del Popolo.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive the rental contract. To finalize your reservation, you must:

✔ Pay the administration fee within 48 hours of receiving the contract
✔ Submit all required documents for the contract registration

⚠️ If you do not provide the required payments and documents within 7 days of booking, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.
