The landlord accepts and payment is made

Your money is protected
HousingAnywhere holds your payment and only releases it to the landlord 48 hours after you move in. If the place doesn't match the listing, report it within those 48 hours and get your money back

Our brand-new apartment, located in Via Aspetti, 45, on the 4th floor, in the loft under the roof. The apartment is located a few minutes away from the Railway Station, from the Old Town of (hidden) and from the University Faculties.

The Apartment was recently renovated and furnished with new furniture in a Modern Minimal Style. It is made up of: a wide Fully Equipped Kitchen with a Terrace, 5 bright Single Rooms (one with PRIVATE KITCHEN), 2 Bathrooms with showers.

The apartment can be easily reached with the public transportation: the Tram Stop is in front of the apartment and several bus lines run in via Aspetti.

Moreover, in the neighborhood, you can find many stores: The Supermarket Despar is 1 minute walk away, but in the surroundings, you can also find the Cinema “Multiastra”, many pizzerias, restaurants, drugstores, etc.

The apartment is very convenient to reach the humanistic faculties (Languages, Letters, etc.) less than 10 minutes away on foot, and the faculties of the Portello area (Economics, Engineering, Psychology, etc.), reachable in 10 minutes by bike.

The rental agreements are individual.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive the rental contract. To finalize your reservation, you must:

✔ Pay 2 months’ deposit within 48 hours of receiving the contract
✔ Pay the administration fee within 48 hours of receiving the contract
✔ Submit all required documents for the contract registration

⚠️ If you do not provide the required payments and documents within 7 days of booking, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.
