The landlord accepts and payment is made

ROOM WITH BIG BED, WARDROBE, DESK, BOOKCASE (the bed in the photo will be replaced with a one and half size bed) : Newly renovated and modern furnished apartment in Vicolo Cesare Cremonino,1 1st floor in a residential area in the south of Padua. You are 10 minutes by bike from the hospital and 20 minutes from the main university faculty.
You have both buses and trams and you can stop at the historic center or continue to the train station. The BASSANELLO tram stop is just outside the house. The area is really well served , you can find shops, two cinemas, Pam supermarket, bars, banks and Post Office.
Nearby there is Perlasca Park and the river bank of Bassanello for jogging or walking.
In the area there are many restaurants, such as Ristorante Anna and Pier88, pizzerias very popular and frequented by young people and families.
Nearby you have IPERCITY Shopping Center where you can find all you need .
The building is of five private units . The apartment is very bright and large, it consists of an entrance, a kitchen, 4 rooms, 2 bathrooms and a garage for bikes.

The room is about 12 MQ , has a monthly price of 410,00 € , then 100 euros must be added for the ALL INCLUSIVE service formula which includes:

The drafting and registration of the rental contract is included in the administrative costs, as well as the part of the registration tax and stamps, the part fee of the contract closing registry tax, all communications to the Questura.
