The furnished apartment is located in a very central area, well served by public transport, on the 2nd floor of a historic building without elevator near the famous Teatro Massimo in Palermo. The available bedroom, with balcony, is about 20 square meters. The apartment consists of a large entrance hall, living room, 4 independent bedrooms, two of which have a large adjoining anteroom, a furnished and equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, one of which has a shower. All rooms are large, bright and have high ceilings. The bedrooms are tastefully furnished, equipped with lighting, a double bed, wardrobe with drawers, desk with chair and bookcase. The kitchen is already equipped with everything you need, with induction stove, electric oven, refrigerator, washing machine. The living room, with table and chairs, is very large and has a TV. Paid cleaning service on request.
