L’appartamento è stato completamente ristrutturato, quindi tutti gli impianti sanitari, i mobili e gli elettrodomestici sono nuovi. È inoltre prevista una spesa una tantum di 120 euro per la registrazione del contratto di affitto.
Pertanto, ogni mese l’inquilino dovrà versare il canone di affitto più 120 euro di spese forfettarie.
Le utenze e i servizi sono inclusi, nel rispetto di un uso ragionevole. Per l’elettricità, è considerato ragionevole un consumo medio mensile fino a 200 kWh.
