The core town location is excellent and the environment is very quiet, ideal for studying or relaxing after work. Very fast fiber optic internet and TV in the room. Very good lighting and very silence ambiance. Very stylish neighbourhood with a park, very good commerces, restaurants and an old market, close to the old lively part and ten minutes bus from Universities.

I am looking for a responsible, independent and kind person. A private contract is made and the House Rules must be respected. All the bills and expenses are included in the monthly rental price and the security deposit stands also for towels, sheets and administration fee.
