The landlord accepts and payment is made

HousingAnywhere holds your payment and only releases it to the landlord 48 hours after you move in. If the place doesn't match the listing, report it within those 48 hours and get your money back

IMPORTANT: Your booking will be confirmed ONLY when you will sign the lease and pay agency fees plus a security deposit after reservation on Housinganywhere.
Agency fees will be 15% of the total rent, with a maximum amount of 1250 EUR for 12 months or less, and 8,5% of the total rent, with a maximum amount of 2500 EUR otherwise
The refundable security deposit will be 1250 EUR if your rental is for 5 months or less, and 2500 EUR otherwise.
If you want to pay the rent monthly, you will also have to provide documents such as payslips or tax notices showing that you or your guarantor can pay the monthly rent.
