The landlord accepts and payment is made

Room description

In a quiet and pleasant suburban area, near Paris and CDG airport, you will benefit from the bottom of a calm and cozy groud floor pavilion for your stay.

2 travelers possible for short visit with extra fees.

Ground floor = Space of 32 m2 private (in house of 80 m2).

1 private living room (good quality sofa bed, 16 cm mattress),

1 common kitchen.
A curtain separates the shared kitchen from your space.
I'm not in the kitchen often, I go out through my front door which is in the kitchen. I am living upstaires. I have my own a small kitchen.

Shops = 1 supermarket 10 minutes walk.
Fresh market 2 days a week, 15 minutes on foot.
No small organic stores.

To go to Paris

by PUBLIC TRANSPORT - 50 minutes
Travel time to the 1st metro by public transport = 50 min.
bus 147 (10 minutes on foot) to the 1st metro Raymond Queneau station (line 5).

by BIKE - 8/13 km flat
Travel time to the 1st metro by bike = 8 km.
Follow the magnificent Canal de l'Ourcq. Park at the 1st metro Raymond Queneau station (line 5)
Or continue by bike to the center of Paris = 13 km.

by RER B - 35/45 minutes
Travel time to central Paris by RER B = 30 minutes
Go to RER B - Aulnay-sous-Bois which is 2.5 km away, by tram (23 min), by bus (30 min), by car (12 min) or by bike (11 min); and take the RER B, direct to Paris Gare du Nord in 23 minutes.
