The deposit is 1 month rent for bookings up to 5 months. From 6 months onwards, the deposit is 2 months' rent.
The admin fee depends on the duration of the booking : 1-5 months is 40 percent of 1 month's rent 5-10 months is 60 percent of 1 months rent and staying 10 months or more is 75 percent of 1 months rent.
Furthermore, it's mandatory for the booking to be accepted to send, at the moment of the request, the tenancy agreement together with requested documents: ID / Passport/ Work contract/ University acceptance letter if applicable/ Recent paychecks/ Last tax declaration/ Guarantor documentation, ID or passport with recent payslips and proof of address and/or rent receipt, certificate from your previous landlord, etc.
CAF/APL accepted. Your landlord speaks: English, French, Korean. Payment method: bank transfer, credit card payment, automatic monthly payment. As per the French law a home insurance will be asked at the latest upon check in, landlord can help you get it if needed. Exit inventory fee may apply for rentals of less than one year the amount is specified before the contract is signed. Your landlord does not live on the property.
