What you'll need

The landlord accepts and payment is made
When the landlord accepts your request, the first month's rent and the management fees will be charged automatically, and the booking will then be confirmed. You will then receive the exact address and the landlord's contact details to organise your move.
Your money is protected
HousingAnywhere holds your payment and only releases it to the landlord 48 hours after you move in. If the place doesn't match the listing, report it within those 48 hours and get your money back

Come and move into a COMPLETELY RENOVATED flat, FULLY FURNISHED AND WITH A LIFT. We offer you an idyllic experience focused on comfort and peace of mind. Everything has been designed to make you feel right at home whilst you study or work.

The final touches are currently being added to the flat (photos will be updated with the latest details) and you’ll be one of the first people to move in and enjoy the flat.

Your shared flat is in the best part of Parla, in the REYES area, known for its residential character and the amenities it offers. Close to public transport, a library, a health centre, a police station, parks, supermarkets, etc...

In addition to all this, you can reach the center of Madrid in less than 30 minutes thanks to the Renfe train service, and we are only 2 stops from the Carlos III University campus.

The room price does NOT include utility bills, which amount to €50 per month. The following services are included in the bills:

THERE IS NO AGENCY FEE, as the rental is arranged directly with the owner.
