Si prega di notare che le spese condominiali sono pari a 130 euro al mese. Al piano terra si trova un ampio open space di circa 70 mq con ingresso, spaziosa cucina con penisola, zona pranzo e grande soggiorno. Una scala a giorno porta al piano primo, di circa 90 mq, dove si trovano due camere matrimoniali, due singole di cui una attualmente adibita a studio, e due bagni. Tutto il primo piano è circondato da balconi per circa 20 mq.
Dal piano terra si accede al giardino di circa 100 mq che circonda l’appartamento da due lati; il giardino ha 25 mq pavimentati con gazebo e un cancelletto che funge da ingresso indipendente.
L’appartamento è stato ristrutturato nel 2013 e sono stati installati i condizionatori in tutte le stanze; tutto l’arredamento è stato completamente rinnovato tra il 2013 e il 2015. Il riscaldamento è autonomo; nel 2018 è stata installata una nuova caldaia a condensazione e l’addolcitore per l’acqua.
L’appartamento viene affittato completamente arredato.
