What you'll need

Complete your booking on Nostus
On Nostus you send the booking request, and you are not charged anything until the landlord confirms. Once accepted, you pay the first month on their platform and you may be asked for an extra document, such as:

- Proof of solvency
Come on, move in
Arrange your arrival date, key handover and everything else directly with your landlord. Remember also that most providers transfer your money to the owner only 48 hours after your arrival at the house.

This newly built 30 sqm ground-floor studio is located in a residential area, approximately 10–12 minutes’ walk from the city center. It offers the convenience of being close to the center while being away from the busy traffic and city noise.

The studio is fully independent, with its own private entrance, and is fully furnished and equipped.

The studio also has access to a private garden/courtyard with an outdoor table and chairs, providing a pleasant space to relax.

Cleaning & Linen: The price includes cleaning twice per month (approximately every 15 days). Bed sheets, towels, pillowcases, and other linen belonging to the property will be provided. Guests can wash the provided linen using the washing machine.
