El salón se abre a un balcón en los árboles. Estaría encantado de recibirte para tus estudios en este apartamento especialmente para estudiar en alojamiento compartido. Todo está incluido en los gastos (ropa de cama, toallas, internet, agua, electricidad y limpieza todos los meses). Nada que añadir. BIENVENUE ! Situé en face de l'université UPPA et ESC Pau à 5 minutes à pied. Supermarché carrefour Market, salle de sport, bus, pharmacie.. au pied de l'immeuble. Il s’agit d’un appartement avec 3 chambres, une salle de bain et une salle d’eau. Tout refait à neuf dans un esprit jungle. La cuisine est tout équipé et avec un grand frigo. Le salon donne sur un balcon dans les arbres. Je serais heureuse de vous accueillir pour vos études dans cet appartement spécialement étudier pour la colocation. Tout est compris dans les charges ( linge de lit, serviette, internet, eau, électrisé et ménage tous les mois). Rien à rajouter.
