If you make an enquiry to only then ignore our response please don’t contact us as it’s very discourteous to then be “ghosted”.

Hi we are a married couple looking at renting out rooms to international students, visitors on working holiday visas, new migrants who want a temporary place to stay until they find their home to live, or here for business. We don’t rent out rooms to people living in Western Australia.

I’m originally from Buenos Aires and my husband London.
Our house will only suit those that are looking for peace and quiet and who don’t smoke or vape, if you do please don’t make a booking.
We don’t play loud music and it is a child-free environment.
There is a bus stop 10 minutes away that will take you directly into the Perth CBD or a bus to Warwick Train Station which is 4 stops from Perth Underground Train Station. In the opposite direction is Joondalup train station.
We “may” require a video call with the guest before we accept your booking and identification on arrival. Cash payment is also required on your arrival can be AUD$ or USD$

** Check-out 11am if you require a later check-out you’ll incur a $50 fee no exceptions.

** If you lose your house key there will be a $250 fee charged for a locksmith
