Please note that this residence is subject to specific DSU public guidelines. Do not send a booking request if you do not meet the following criteria.

1. General Requirements:
- You must be an "out-of-town" (fuori sede) student.
- You must be enrolled (or enrolling) in a Bachelor's, Master's, Single-cycle, or PhD program at a University or AFAM institute in Piacenza.
- Clean criminal record and suitable health for community living.

2. Income Requirements:
- Your ISEEU must be equal to or less than €25,000.00.
- Your ISPEU must be equal to or less than €50,000.00.

3. Merit / Academic Requirements:
- First-year students: Must provide a university matriculation number at the time of assignment.
- PhD/Specialization students: Must provide proof of enrollment for the 2026/2027 academic year.
- Students in subsequent years: Must have achieved a minimum number of university credits (CFU) by August 10, 2026:
2nd year (Bachelor/Single-cycle): 25 CFU
3rd year (Bachelor/Single-cycle): 80 CFU
Last semester (Bachelor): 135 CFU
1st year (Master): 180 CFU | 2nd year (Master): 210 CFU | Last semester 2nd year: 260 CFU
* 4th/5th/6th year (Single-cycle): 135 / 190 / 245 CFU

Extra semester beyond normal duration: +55 CFU compared to the last expected year.

How to Book & Apply:
- Request on HousingAnywhere: Submit a booking request ONLY if you meet all the eligibility criteria listed above.
- Share Documents: Share your supporting documents (ID, ISEE certificate, academic transcript/credits) directly in the chat so we can verify your eligibility.
- Official Application via PEC: Immediately after booking, you will be required to formally submit your application via PEC. Detailed instructions and info for the PEC application will follow after booking.
