Enjoy a peaceful stay on the coast of Pisa, with the beach just 450 metres away and the city center within easy reach.

NEST37 is a fully furnished and equipped 60 m² apartment on the second floor of Residenza Il Piviere, with lift access. Set among the pine trees and sand dunes of San Rossore Natural Park, it offers a quiet setting for working remotely, unwinding and exploring Tuscany.

A sheltered balcony overlooking the greenery provides a pleasant outdoor space, while a reserved uncovered parking space is included within the gated residential grounds. The Eliopoli shopping complex, with a Conad supermarket, bar and restaurant, is just 550 metres away.

Pisa’s Leaning Tower is approximately 20 minutes away by car. The FI–PI–LI expressway access is around 5 km away, and the A11 motorway can be reached in approximately 10 minutes.

Inside, you’ll find:

• A welcoming living room with a large sofa, a 43-inch Smart TV and access to the balcony.

• A separate, fully equipped eat-in kitchen with a second door opening onto the balcony.

• A double bedroom with a 160 × 190 cm bed, 25 cm thick mattress and a wardrobe.
