We offer a bright room, really close to the Polo Piagge , the faculty of Economia, Veterinaria, Agraria etc .. anyway, it has an ideal location for any faculty . The location is really convenient also because really near the flat You can find a Bike Sharing point!
The apartment is very large and consists of : a kitchen , a lounge / dining room , a utility room , a comfortable bathroom , and three bedrooms . In the staircase there is a room with a key and used for the bicycle parking . The apartment is located in the historical center , on the first floor . The area is very quiet but has all the facilities . The apartment has wifi . And is near the Scotto Garden , the largest city park and at the Viale Delle Piagge , green lung of the city . We also rent for short periods . I'll load some photos in a short time.

Offriamo una camera molto luminosa, vicino al Polo Piagge, Economia, Veterinaria, Agraria ecc... ha comunque una collocazione ideale per qualunque facoltà, data la posizione.
L'appartamento è molto grande e si compone di: una cucina abitabile, una sala/tinello, un ripostiglio, un comodo bagno, e altre tre camere. Nel vano scale c'è una stanza con chiavi, adibita al parcheggio delle biciclette. L'appartamento è situato nel centro storico, al primo piano. La zona è molto tranquilla ma dispone di tutti i servizi. L'appartamento ha il wifi. E' vicino al Giardino Scotto, il più ampio parco cittadino e al Viale Delle Piagge, polmone verde della città. Affittiamo anche per brevi periodi.
