Parking secured by a barrier is a safe place for your car !!!Other things to note- This is a private complex, so please be mindful as it is primarily a family-oriented community.

- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, but it is permitted on the balcony.

- Pets are not allowed.
-When bringing luggage into the apartment, please be careful with the walls to avoid any damage.
-When using the tea pot, do not place it directly on the stove. Instead, find hot water from the kettle.
