With approximately 11 m2 of surface, less than 10 minutes walk to the center of Ponferrada, so you will have all the services at hand. In front is the Temple Park and behind the river promenade, pleasant places to walk and relax.
The requirements we ask for are:
- Minimum stay of 2 months.
- 1 month deposit
- Employment contract or guarantor
- No pets or smoking
- Only one person
The monthly payments include water costs and Wi-Fi with 300 mb fiber. Electricity and gas costs are not included.
It also has a 24" TV. with remote control, desk with chair, coat rack, mirror, hangers, nightstand lamp, and good quality mattress. It is decorated in a modern style and has all the necessary amenities for a long stay.
This apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, refrigerator and all the necessary kitchenware and utensils.
It is located in the Station neighborhood, directly connected to the city center. Nearby there is a supermarket, bakery, cafes. In addition, it is very close to the bus stop with excellent connections throughout the city, as well as the train station.
