Duplex flat located in Porto, near Cidade Universitária and Hospital S. João, 300 meters from the metro station "Hospital S. João", with 70 m2, with a large living room, 1 bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom. Central heating. Wi-Fi free.
The flat is located on the 2nd floor of a building with only 3 flats, in a very quiet environment.
Modern decoration.
All the rooms are a real Art Gallery, with the support of L'Agenzia di Arte there are works by various artists on display.
Utilities are included up to a maximum amount of 115 euros!
The tenant pays 1 month of rent through the platform, at check-in the tenant has to pay the security deposit and another month of rent in advance. There is also a city tourist tax of 14 euros PER person that tenant pays at check-in, that is the "Other cost" of 14 euros you will see in the costs overview.
There is a garage available for light cars for 12 Eur/day or 125 Eur/month, upon prior reservation. Larger vehicles can park on the street or in public parks just 100 metres from the flat.
