Suite furnished and equipped with TV and minibar. Living room, dining room, equipped kitchen and laundry. Video surveillance and fire detection system. Expenses included (electricity, water, TV, Wi-Fi), monthly cleaning of the suite/apartment, daily cleaning of the common areas from Monday to Friday, free use of the laundry.

You can pay half of the deposit in the first month, and the other half in the second month.

Tenants have to show proof of enrolment in an university or proof of employment.
