The landlord accepts and payment is made

Shared double room available in a recently renovated apartment, located just 2 minutes from Viso metro station, Porto. Ideal for students or young professionals looking for a comfortable and quiet place with excellent transport connections.

The room is shared by two tenants and is furnished with two single beds, bedside tables, individual desks with chairs, shelves, and bedside lamps.

Rental Conditions:

To proceed with the rental, a security deposit equal to one month’s rent is required. At move-in, the first month’s rent + one month’s deposit must be paid. We require identification documents and proof of income.

We provide support for visa processes, including the rental contract, rent receipts, and assistance with documentation for AIMA for foreign tenants.
