What you'll need

The landlord accepts and payment is made
When the landlord accepts your request, the first month's rent and the management fees will be charged automatically, and the booking will then be confirmed. You will then receive the exact address and the landlord's contact details to organise your move.
Your money is protected
HousingAnywhere holds your payment and only releases it to the landlord 48 hours after you move in. If the place doesn't match the listing, report it within those 48 hours and get your money back

This is a double room with two single beds that can accommodate up to two people (The price mentioned is per bed and not for the whole room). Alongside access to communal areas including a kitchen, and two bathrooms, you'll have the opportunity to relax in the peaceful patio area, complete with a convenient washing machine at your disposal.

If you prefer to rent the whole room and make it a private room, this is also possible at a cost of 450 euros/month.

Our commitment to your comfort extends beyond the physical space. With expenses included up to 25 euros in your rent, you can enjoy worry-free living. Weekly visits ensure preventive maintenance of communal areas, while a modest deposit ensures the security of your accommodations.

Please Note:
- A monthly cleaning of the communal areas is included in the rent.
- We provide laundry areas equipped with professional washing and drying machines. Their use involves a small associated cost, and all operations are managed through an app. The cost of washing is €3.50 and drying is €2.50.
- Visits are allowed according to Owner's rules and conditions. The security deposit of 1 rent plus 50 euros must be paid on the day the contract is signed.
- Bed linen and towels are not included
- Please be aware that a guarantor may be required to sign the rental agreement.
