The landlord accepts and payment is made

Private room in Pozuelo – €280/month + English language exchange

We are a family living in Pozuelo de Alarcón, very close to UCM Somosaguas, ESIC and UFV, offering a private room to an international university student for the 2026/2027 academic year.

Rent: €280/month, utilities included.

We are looking preferably for an international student, around 18–25 years old, responsible, friendly and with native English or C1/C2 level.

The reduced rent is offered in exchange for approximately 6–8 hours per week of English conversation and activities with our my daughters, aged 11 and 13.

The idea is not to provide formal English lessons, but rather to help them use English naturally through conversation, homework support, games, activities and occasional accompaniment.

From time to time, we may also ask for help with walking our friendly family dog.

No cleaning, cooking or household work is required.
