Private room at Pozuelo de Alarcón, Pozuelo-de-alarcon

There are 2 of us at home. Activities we like: Cultural activities and trips. We have lived in different European countries and have been hosting European and American students for 10 years.
María works in Madrid in a Tourism company.
Our house is located in an urbanization in Pozuelo de Alarcón, we have a beautiful private pool and garden with fruit trees. The house is 285 meters and you would have a single room and bathroom.
The months from October to March have a monthly increase of 150 euros for heating costs.
The bus stop is a 3-minute walk from the house, and has a connection with buses that reach the center of Madrid.
