I am offering a cosy, furnished studio apartment for long-term rent at Moskevská 449/40 in Prague’s Vršovice neighbourhood. The apartment has an interior floor area of 42 m² and is located on the top floor of a brick building with a lift. It is in very good condition and ready to move into.

A standout feature is the 9 m² terrace, complete with an electric awning and outdoor furniture. It extends the living space and offers a lovely spot for morning coffee, outdoor dining or relaxing in the evening. During the warmer months, it becomes an additional living area where you can enjoy the views and your own private outdoor space.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, and high-speed fibre-optic internet is available. Its top-floor position and orientation towards the inner courtyard, away from Moskevská Street, provide a peaceful retreat in a lively neighbourhood. The apartment overlooks the courtyard, which features a design studio with a rooftop garden.

A tram stop just a short walk from the building provides excellent connections to Prague’s city centre.
