The apartment consists of a peaceful bedroom, a cozy living room with a foldable sofa bed (perfect for additional guests), a fully equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom. The kitchen is exceptionally well-stocked, including a dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, fridge, washing machine, and kettle, ensuring you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The stylish bathroom features a spacious shower and all essential amenities. Things to note about cleaning: Our apartments are always thoroughly cleaned after every stay. This cleaning includes the elimination of germs causing many common viruses. Feel free to ask us more about our cleaning procedure. Your safety during your stay is our priority!
Please be aware that bed sheets and towels are not included in the rental. However, we do offer high-quality hotel linens (made of Egyptian cotton) for an additional fee of EUR 60. This fee covers the replacement of the linens and towels every two weeks, as well as a complimentary cleaning service. If you opt for this service, there will be a charge of EUR 60 for each bi-weekly cleaning throughout your entire stay, which must be paid in advance.
If you would like to upgrade to hotel-quality linens and towels, kindly let us know at least 48 hours before your check-in. Also please note that the bi-weekly cleaning cancellations cannot be made once your stay begins. The check-out cleaning is included in your stay (no need to pay extra).
