Apartment description

Do you want to live close to nature and quickly get to the city center?
If so, then this apartment is the right choice for you.
You can walk to the Jinonice metro station (yellow metro line) in less than 1 minute, from where you can get to the city center, the train or bus station in just 10-15 minutes, and the airport in 30 minutes. Also, all Prague universities are within a maximum of 30 minutes from the apartment.
Within a 10-minute walk you can reach the "Prokopské údolí" nature reserve, where you can relax or play sports.
There is also a possibility to park completely free of charge right in front of the house. There are no paid zones.
The apartment is fully equipped according to the photos.
The apartment is suitable for a couple or two students.
On the top floor for sleeping there is a large mattress 140 x 200 cm (suitable for an individual or a couple). The sofa can be converted into a 160 x 200 cm bed.
A fully equipped kitchen is available, including dishes, a refrigerator, a washing machine, a clothes dryer, an ironing board, and an iron.
If you are two female student friends, I can put a second bunk bed and a second desk in the apartment instead of a sofa bed.
The minimum rental period is 12 months with the possibility of subsequent extension.
