We would like to offer you this nice room for rent in Prague long term in Railroad Apartment Holesovice near Strossmayerovo namesti with excellent public availability. Metro C station Vltavska (200m), tram station just 3 min. walking. Just about 5min by tram into the real heart of Prague (Wenceslas Square, The Powder Tower, Old Town Square, etc). Also, Holesovice is known as an Art district with National Gallery, and Prague Exhibition Grounds and according to Business Insider it is the “15th coolest neighborhood in Europe”.

This nice room for rent in Prague long term is located on the 1st floor with windows looking into the street. The room has a double bed, a work table, and an extra spacious closet. The room size is about 12 square meters and it is “ready-to-move-in” – it’s fully furnished and it comes with bedding and pillows. Also, the modern kitchen has built-in appliances such as a washing machine, dishwasher, and electric and microwave oven. All kitchen appliances are available.

Price includes EVERYTHING (high-speed wi-fi internet, energy and water utilities, etc.). A security deposit in the amount of one month's rent is required. If your stay is less than 3 months, then a deposit is 50% of the monthly rent. On top of all, we can provide you with proof of accommodation or a business license.

Attractive and up-rising area of Prague – Holesovice with excellent access to the city center. Close to metro Vltavska (red line C) and the tram stop almost in front of the residence (tram lines no. 1, 14, 3, 22). Finally, Tesco express in 2 minutes walking distance and other restaurants, shops, and others nearby.

On summer days you can spend laying on the bench reading a book in beautiful parks nearby or staying inside one of the tons of cafés in Holesovice.
