Tours take place every weekday between 10:00 and 18:00. If you are interested in a tour, please let us know the date and time when the tour will be convenient for you. We offer you the concept of co-living - modern co-housing in Prague. All-inclusive rent, which means only one payment per month, which includes the fixed price of rent and all fees. The tenant therefore does not have to deal with any concerns regarding billing and arrears. The all-in-one price includes rent for 1 person - all utilities energy, heating, water, high-speed Internet. Free access to 1,000 m2 of co-living and co-working space in the building, including the garden. These spaces have spacious shared kitchens, a co-working office, a game room, a chill-lounge, a laundry room, and an indoor and outdoor gym. Fully equipped units. NONSTOP reception, open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, providing support whenever you need it. We offer flexible rental terms for 5 to 12 months Our co-living house is located in Stíkov, a 5-minute walk from the metro Stíkov, C. Join our co-living community and experience an inspiring way of living in Prague. Once the booking is accepted, the landlord will request the deposit to be paid up to 30 days arrival date. Documents needed to confirm the reservation before arrival: EU resident, Identity card/Passport solely upon arrival, and Liability insurance. NON-EU resident, Passport, Visa/Residence permit, and Liability insurance. The notice period shall be three 3 months and commences on the first day of the calendar month immediately following the month in which the notice of termination was served on the Subtenant.
