Private room at Pula, Pula

Our family lives in a 100 years villa build in 1913. by famous Art Deco /Jugenstil local architect G. Heininger. The villa has original twin stone walls and autrian larch wood work. We are very fond of preserving historical look of the house, inside out. The rooms are very spacious and we have very big garden surrounding the house, with many old trees giving shade in the summer. The kitchen is newly remade, although modern we tried to preserve some vintage style traits. Also we have just remodeled our old bathroom that became two very nice and stylish bathrooms with all the modern facilities. So each bedroom has its own bathroom on the floor and the one room has ensuite bathroom.
In the garden there s BBQ area, and the neighborhood is very calm, no traffic as it is an old residential suburb surrounded with trees and historical villas with big gardens. The sea shore with old pine wood forest is just 10 min walk from the villa, there are also tennis yards and cycling paths that you can reach in no time. You can walk to historical center to visit ancient Roman coloseum, one of the most beautiful in the world, it only takes 20 min. All the other facilities are 50 to 100 m from the house, including the post office, food stores, green market, bus station, medical service., restaurants, coffe-bars etc.

We rent 3 bedrooms in summer period, two of them are very large (30m2), one is smaller (14m2). There is a large living room available, terraces and the garden as well as the kitchen.
We also rent the whole appartment if requested (3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 toilet, kitchen, living room, porch, garden).

We live in the house but in summer we move to the ground floor which is separated with the door from the rest of the house, we love cooking and baking. We are all very fond of meeting new people helping them discover this part of the world as authentically as possible. We can inform you about our culture, nice things to do and nice places to visit. We run a holistic center for healing therapies where we practice long years techinques such as reflexology, shiatsu, acupressure, energy healing techniques and yoga with other holistic corrective excercises. We have knowledge of art and history and a lot of experience with tourism. With us, our guests feel relaxed, integrated in the environment, discovering new countries feeling at home!
MIMOSA is lovley bedroom (14 m2) with double bed ( 140x200 cm) facing east. It is protected by the shade of large cypress trees. Private bathroom ( shower, sink, toilet, washing mashine) is located on the same floor on the hall. The room has fan.
