What you'll need

Room description

I have two children, Isabel 25 yo, and Diego 22, my daughter just got married and moved with her husband, so we have a cosy extra room. The Apartment is located in the neighborhood Quito Tennis, which is pretty close to everything and near to many bus stations that will take you everywhere during your stay, the neighborhood is quite and safe. My childs did exchange studies abroad so we are use to have foreigners staying at our place, and we enjoy to meet new people and show them some of our culture, communication inside the house is very important so misunderstoods won't occur, we do speak English. You are not only welcome to stay in our apartment but you can also join us to differents plans, we like to travel quite often to the beach or to visit the family in other cities.
The room has a single bed, a desk, big closet and the restroom might be shared with my son, you can use the kitchen, laundry, and the other areas of the apartment, we've got wifi, hot water of course, satellite tv and some other facilities that will make your stay very comfortable.
