What you'll need

Complete your booking on HomeStay
On HomeStay you send the booking request, and you are not charged anything until the landlord confirms. Once accepted, you pay the first month on their platform and you may be asked for an extra document, such as:

Come on, move in
Arrange your arrival date, key handover and everything else directly with your landlord. Remember also that most providers transfer your money to the owner only 48 hours after your arrival at the house.

Hello!
We are a family of 3 people and 3 puppies that we really like the company.
Our house is big and very quiet, we live in a neighborhood close to everything; with a very pleasant climate and the sector is safe.
Here are 3 people who will always help you with whatever you need and 3 puppies who will give you their love. You will have your own independence in your suite. You have a very large room, TV with Netflix and other applications, your own bathroom and your own kitchen. If you want to cook, study or do things alone; you can do it completely independently. You can also use the common areas of the house and patios.
We are close to the Bicentennial Park and bike path so you can go by bike anywhere or shopping center you want. In addition, we have several bus lines and the Quito Metro stop, as well as the El Labrador interchange if you want to use public transport.
