Apartment description

The property is located in the middle of the World Heritage Site Regensburg in the pedestrian zone. Cafes, bars, shops and much more are within walking distance.

The listed house was completely renovated in 2018 and is currently inhabited by the owners. The light-flooded apartment has a large living-dining area, a spacious bedroom and a bathroom with natural light. Thanks to the spacious terrace facing the courtyard, the apartment offers a quiet retreat in a central location. A bicycle storage room, as well as a cellar compartment can also be used.
