Apartment: Saint Lorenz isn't a building with rooms for rent: it's a residence designed for university life, from the first day of classes to the last exam. Located at Via Roma 47, in the heart of Reggio Emilia, the building extends over five levels and houses 20 single and double rooms, each with a private bathroom and air conditioning.
On the ground floor, you'll find spaces designed for communal living: a dining room where you can share meals with other residents, a study room equipped with tables for pre-exam sessions, a shared laundry room, and a bike storage area for independent access around the city. An elevator connects the floors, and Wi-Fi covers both the bedrooms and common areas.
