The landlord accepts and payment is made

HousingAnywhere holds your payment and only releases it to the landlord 48 hours after you move in. If the place doesn't match the listing, report it within those 48 hours and get your money back

The room overlooks an interior courtyard where the apartment's laundry area is located. As a result, it receives less natural light than the exterior rooms, and there may occasionally be some noise when the washing machine is in use.

Each tenant has their own designated shelf in the refrigerators and a private cupboard space for storing food.

For added privacy and security, every bedroom has its own lock and key.

The apartment is shared exclusively by female university students, providing a quiet, respectful, and study-friendly environment.
