Our 110 m² apartment is ideal for stays of 30 days or more, offering the comfort and convenience of a true home in Rio de Janeiro. Recently renovated, it features two air-conditioned bedrooms, two modern bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry area with a washing machine and utility sink, a spacious living room with a Smart TV, a balcony, and high-speed fiber Wi-Fi (616 Mbps download / 91 Mbps upload), making it perfect for remote work.

The apartment is listed as a two-bedroom property and accommodates up to four guests. A third bedroom remains locked, as it is used to store our personal belongings.

Located on a quiet residential street with no bus traffic, the apartment provides a peaceful environment while remaining within walking distance of Varnhagen Square, Maracanã Stadium, the metro, supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, cafés, and other everyday services. The beaches and Rio's main attractions are also easily accessible.
