Room description

Currently, I am a young lady, 05 beautiful kittens, and a law student at UFRJ live in the apartment. Despite my age, I'm a college student and also retired. The apartment is owned and located in the south of RIO DE JANEIRO. It is a very well located street, close to the Metro (Flamengo station) close to excellent restaurants, Botafogo Praia Shopping and RIO SUL. The room for accommodation is medium in size and can accommodate up to two people who come for a walk or work here. Great opportunity to enjoy the New Year, Christmas and Carnival festivities in a safe place for you and your family. Bring your pet and he will also be very well received by me.
Currently I can only rent from Friday to Monday until 2 pm.

A medium room, with air conditioning, very cozy, with 350 mega internet access, washing machine, cable TV with numerous channels, very quiet and safe for being in a family home. The apartment is located in the south zone.
