Booking Conditions: Bookings accepted from 1 month until to 12 months: In some periods we reserve the right not to accept short-term bookings. For bookings with arrival within the next 7 days or in the following 24/48 hours after booking confirmation, customers must immediately send all the required documentation and proceed with the missing payments Security Deposit, Utilities, Final Cleaning otherwise the property will proceed with the immediate cancellation of the booking and will withhold the payment of the first month's rent paid to the portal without any refund. Requested documents: 1-Passport, identity card for European citizens, residence permits are not accepted as identity documents, they must always be accompanied by a passport or ID card. 2- Tourist visa in possession, can be delivered too upon arrival together with the entry stamp to the country. 3- Legal address of residence in the country of origin. 4- Italian Tax Code codice fiscale we don't accept just the number, should be document or card. 5- Registration accepted by the school, employment contracts, business trips, courses, internships, treatments, medical visits or hospitalisations, other things to be evaluated. For guests without a Tax Italian Code, don't worry, you have seven 7 days after check-in to request it from the Italian Revenue Agency and send it to us, the tax code is mandatory for contract registration, if 30 days after arrival you have not sent the tax code, there will be a penalty of 50 euros for each week of delay after that. Documents other than those indicated above will not be taken into consideration and the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
